1. Subscription Plans
Blocryp.com offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. All charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account dashboard:
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
- Annual/Quarterly Plans: Cancel anytime, and your plan will not renew after the current term ends.
Note: Cancelling a subscription will not retroactively refund any charges, and previously charged fees will not be prorated.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a system error.
- Technical Issues: If our platform was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to internal server failure.
- Unsatisfactory Service (First-Time User): If you’re a new user and cancel within 7 days of signing up, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
- Refunds are not applicable for promotional or discounted plans.
- No refunds are granted if the cancellation occurs after 7 days for first-time users.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
