At Blocryp.com, we are a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. As such, all our services and products are delivered digitally. There are no physical items shipped, and therefore, traditional shipping policies do not apply.

  • All services, including software subscriptions, access to platforms, and downloadable content, are delivered instantly or within the specified time upon successful payment.
  • Your login credentials, software access, or product licenses will be provided via the registered email ID or directly through your Blocryp dashboard.

⏱ Delivery Timeline

  • Instant Access Products: Activated immediately after successful payment.
  • Custom Services (e.g., personalized consultations, custom integrations): Delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the scope of the service. You’ll receive an estimated delivery timeline during the onboarding process.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate and active, as all important delivery details and instructions will be sent there. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes of purchase, kindly check your spam/junk folder.


🔁 Failed Deliveries

If you experience any issues with access or delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@blocryp.com with your order details. We’ll ensure your service is activated without delay.
