The Call of Duty Godzilla vs. King Kong Event

In the live event of Call of Duty, they announce that we have finally put on an event that you cannot resist. The event is named Operation Monarch. Operation Monarch is a new live game mode for the next few weeks in Call of Duty, where developers put both Godzilla and King Kong onto the island of Caldera. And they ask you to survive their rampages.

Say no more about its gameplay; just update or download Call of Duty. And I don’t want to say anything; I only needed to see a full-scale King Kong V/s Godzilla showdown and rampages from the perspective of Call of Duty Soldiers.

However, What I was hoping about Operation Monarch it would be like. I have played several rounds of Operation Monarch to completion now. In Fact, in Operation Monarch, the two Monsters, King Kong and Godzilla, don’t fight each other at all.

When I was playing this game, King Kong really seemed to want me dead. King Kong throws the rocks at my teammates,  which may be bigger than the size of the Building.

King Kong will periodically jump across the whole island and squish the folks where he lands. And if we talk about the Godzilla, these jumbo lizards just chill in the ocean. Godzilla generally shoots his Kamehameha out of his mouth occasionally. But it doesn’t damage anything like buildings or nature.

However, it is just kind of BS, as you can see in the Minimap. According to the minimap, I am in the danger zone of Gozilla’s nasty breath. The only shame about Operation Monarch is that the majority of the runtime modes, King Kong and Godzilla, don’t feel like the centrepiece of Action as much as I had to be focused on fighting with the Monsters and watching them fight with other players. But sadly, players are a bigger threat than these monsters.

Raven Software did not use the opportunity to make an epic 2v60 showdown where all the players can work together to fight King Kong and Godzilla and save Caldera.

I think this is the reason Call of Duty still lies behind the Fortnite Live events. Even if they are only 10 minutes in some cases, Epic Games Events are more memorable without falling back to the Battle Royal. I know that this type of project takes a lot of time and money, But the warzone has the weight to throw around.
