Fall Guys is going to be free-to-play on Tuesday, June 21, and it will come in the Epic Games Store. It also is making its grand entry into the consoles platforms, which matters because the game will have a cross-play and cross-progression across all of the Platforms. So you can say that this could be quite the second wind of the players.

After switching to different platforms, Fall Guys will no longer be available for the new players on Stream, but those who already own a stream copy will continue to receive the same updates as Epic Store Players.
The F2P launch will come along with a fresh start for its seasons, new in-game currency (show-Bucks), and the developer’s Mediatonic Calls “ a Major Update” to the progression system. The brand new Season 1 of Fall Guys is appropriately named Free For All and has the feature of a giant arena map with new events and locations.

Players are so excited that they will get a ‘ Legacy Pack’ when the F2P changes happen. Which contains a bunch of cosmetics and the first season pass for free. The Fall Guys Season Pass is available to purchase for new players with its Show-Bucks, and the existing free progression path and in-game currency(Kudos) will remain.

Fall Guys was released in August 2020 and the game is too popular in the first month of launch. It always felt like it was one of those games that benefitted the lockdown in a big way. A bright sight of the game is during the lockdown, everyone is so depressed, but this game is silly and colorful multiplayer fun with a joyous knockabout atmosphere. Its success is lead to the developers of Mediatonic’s acquisition by Epic Games, and since then it’s followed a Fortnite lite model of regular brand crossovers along with new modes and seasons. And you can say that it just started.
